You install our app on Shopify with a couple of clicks. The agent then reads your catalog, inventory and policies live through Shopify's own Storefront MCP — so product photos, prices and stock are always current, and orders flow back into Shopify.

For the conversational AI agent, yes — you bring your own model key (Claude, GPT, Gemini or Bedrock) and are billed by that provider directly.
